Her eye-popping video was from a trip to London last year when she had corset fittings before her stunning appearance at the Met Ball.
Concerns for Kim being unable to breathe or having had her ribs removed to achieve the look flooded the post within the hour she uploaded the clip.
Among the fans, one wrote: "Can u breathe." (sic) In the video, Kim strapped herself into a skintight strapless corset in a nude colour.
