Kilmarnock "shaken" by night of horror, says MSP as three people confirmed dead

dailyrecord.co.ukKilmarnock's MSP says the town has been "shaken" after the night of horror which saw two women die and another man killed in a car crash.NHS worker Emma Robertson Coupland, 39, died after sustaining injuries at Crosshouse Hospital at 7.45pm.In a separate incident 20 minutes later, her 24-year-old daughter, Nicole Anderson, was killed after being stabbed in the town's Portland Street.Police locked down Crosshouse Hospital and also raced to the scene at Portland Street as the incidents unfolded.A third incident – a serious road traffic crash on the C50 which is between the B7036 and A76 – was reported to police around 8.30pm.The 40-year-old male driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene.Cops believe all three incidents were linked.
