A KFC customer has raised concerns after she spotted staff preparing meals without gloves or masks on. The woman said she went through the Grimsby drive-thru and ordered a mini fillet burger – her first takeaway since the UK entered into lockdown.
She claims during her visit, at around 4pm on Sunday, not all KFC workers were wearing masks and those who were, were not wearing them correctly, Grimsby Live reports.
She also claimed one was seen through the serving window scratching their nose as they worked in the kitchen. The fast food giant has said it has now spoken to staff in its Grimsby restaurant about public safety, but said it doesn't make staff wear masks while preparing food.
