Just days before getting ready to unveil the first movie in Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige teased new details about what's to come.Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will be the first Phase 5 movie, followed by Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.
3 (May 5, 2023), The Marvels (July 28, 2023), Captain America: New World Order (May 3, 2024), Thunderbolts (July 26, 2024) and Blade (September 6, 2024).The 49-year-old Feige - who was somehow nearly fired by Marvel Entertainment head Ike Perlmutter in 2015 - discussed all of those projects and even more with Phase 5 projects like Deadpool 3 (November 8, 2024) and Fantastic Four (February 14, 2025) in a wide-ranging interview with Entertainment Weekly.He also discussed the highly-anticipated Spider-Man 4 - a joint production between Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios - with Tom Holland returning after the events of the 2021 blockbuster Spider-Man: No Way Home.While it's unclear who is actually writing that Spider-Man sequel at this time, apparently the writers are already hard at work.
