But former Love Island star Carl, 31, proved he was up to the job of looking after her as they arrived back in London. The hunk was seen gently picking her out of a wheelchair and carrying her into a waiting car.
Wearing a cap and with a facemask slung around his neck, Essex car dealer Carl put his hands under her thighs and scooped her up.
