In the vile post, Katie suggested that 'lockdown had been too much' for the mum of one. The body of Naya, 33, was recovered from Lake Piru in the United States this week after she went missing during a boat trip with her son.
Katie's cruel comments come despite Naya's death being officially ruled as an accident by the medical examiner's office. In the post that Katie shared with her 91,000 Instagram followers, the former Apprentice loser posted a picture of Naya alongside her conspiracy theory.
