Kathryn Thomas ‘had a few hairy moments’ driving campervan around
evoke.ieRTÉ Radio 1 listeners by recounting how she almost caused campervan carnage on her recent trip around Ireland.The Operation Transformation presenter is filling in for Ray D’Arcy as he enjoys a holiday away from his slot and the fill-in shifts come after her three-week jaunt around Ireland for her new show.Kathryn brought little Ellie along with her for the adventure as she visited several counties to film No Place Like Home for RTÉ, highlighting spots to holiday in around the country.It was all going swimmingly until she almost took the roof off her campervan in Dingle, Co Kerry, undoubtedly, much to the amusement of the locals.Making entertaining radio out of the fright, Kathryn shared how being in the campervan was ‘some craic’ after her.
