Kate Middleton "would have to be superhuman not to feel pressure" as future Queen, a royal expert has said. Prince William and Kate announced their engagement in 2010, it sparked a wave of excitement among royal fans around the world and the couple married in 2011 at Westminster Abbey.

With Prince William second in line to the throne after his father Prince Charles, the marriage has meant that Kate would be destined to become Queen one day.
