A love of the outdoors has been an important trait Kate Middleton has instilled in her children and a love of animals goes with that.
During their stay in their Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, at the height of lockdown, the three royal children, Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte, raised chickens and tried to live off the land as much as possible.
It seems their curiosity about animals extends beyond chickens to other farm animals, especially sheep. During a phone call with Len Gardner, who the Duchess had been calling during lockdown as part of the NHS Volunteer Responder ‘Check in and Chat’ scheme she shared with him that her children were curious about how we get wool from sheep, without killing them.
