The Princess of Wales always looks chic, even when her royal engagements involve chilly walks in the countryside, and she has been spotted wearing Barbour jackets on a number of these occasions – including during the royal couple’s tour of Wales in April this year.
And now the iconic British clothing brand has just released a limited edition version of its classic wax jacket – and we bet this gets the royal seal of approval too.
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Barbour’s Beaufort wax jacket, first introduced in 1983, Barbour has remastered and re-released the design.
Priced at £299, it’s available to buy through retailers like John Lewis or you can find your nearest Barbour stockist here. Practical yet stylish, the unisex jacket comes in three colours – navy, sage and olive – and features a tartan lining, a collar that can be worn up or down, and a number of useful pockets.
