Kate Middleton and Prince William kept close on the front row during King Charles III‘s National Service of Thanksgiving and Dedication Ceremony in Edinburgh, Scotland on Wednesday (July 5).
The Princess of Wales was seen giving the Prince of Wales a little tap on the backside as she leaned in for a whispered conversation.
The ceremony was to recognize King Charles and Queen Camilla as the Scottish monarchs. Charles was presented with the Honours of Scotland (the Scottish crown jewels), following a procession from Edinburgh Castle to St.
Giles Cathedral. Charles‘s only sister, Anne, Princess Royal, was also in attendance for the ceremony Prince William and Princess Catherine are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay in the country.
