Prince William was “always paying attention” to Kate whenever she was in the room, Laura Warshauer said. The singer-songwriter met the couple in 2001 at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, where they all lived at St Salvator's Hall.
Laura said there were often ‘small moments’ between the couple which made her believe they would go the distance. The musician became friends with the prince, who she refers to as 'Will Wales', when he lived down the corridor in halls, and Kate whose room was downstairs.
