The presenter was back on the ITV news programme on Wednesday alongside Ben Shephard - in place of Susanna Reid who wrapped up her week on the show early.
Kate, 54, and Ben, 46, were joined by Dr Rob Drummond and actress Harriet Thorpe as they debated whether or not it’s offensive to mimic a foreign accent.
