Susanna Reid

Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.

She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.

She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.

Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway and her family reached another sad milestone this week as they marked her late husband Derek Draper’s birthday on Thursday 15 August.

Derek sadly died of complications from Covid on 3 January at the age of 56. Posting a video of the roses in her garden on Saturday, Kate shared a message to all those students, like her daughter Darcey, who received their A Level exam results earlier this week and revealed that her daughter visited her dad’s grave on results day as it was his birthday.

She wrote: “Congratulations to all who got their A level results this week – huge achievement – even if you’re disappointed in the results – don’t be – you made it to the end and life has a way of working itself out in the best way for you.” Sign up to OK's TV newsletter to get updates sent to your inbox for free “Darcey got her results on another one of those firsts this year – Derek’s birthday.

She didn’t get what she might have done but hey did better than any of us feared under the circumstances. I couldn’t be prouder of her & know her Dad would be too.
