Feeling extra cheeky, Kate couldn't help but giggle right after interrupting Adil, who was discussing the UK's battle for clean water and mentioning the London river near his theatre digs which is affected by pollution.
Kate teasingly suggested it must be the Thames, leading to a light-hearted moment where he gave her a mock disapproving look.
Realising she might have gone a bit too far, Kate turned to the camera to apologise: "Sorry, I don't know what's wrong with me this morning.
