Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway didn't hesitate to ahlt the show's latest episode to to inform viewers of a health update.
The 57-year-old presenter was at the helm of Friday's programme alongside co-host Adil Ray. As they delved into the day's top stories and political debates with guests including Ed Vaizey, the discussion was in full flow.
However, as the dialogue progressed, Kate swiftly interrupted her guests to deliver a timely announcement. She declared: "We're out of time which means we haven't got time to tell you, lying in on the weekend is healthy for you!" Following the guest's relieved reaction of "thank goodness for that," Kate went on with her message.
She added: "You're officially less likely to develop heart disease. Lie in tomorrow, everybody!" "Good Morning Britain isn't on air and you can sleep in because apparently it's very good for you!
