The 53-year-old presenter was back on the ITV breakfast show on Friday alongside co-star and close friend Ben Shephard.Kate's beloved family car was stolen recently and pal Ben addressed the heartbreaking ordeal during the latest edition of GMB.Kate said she's been "blown away" by the amount of support she's received from viewers, but hasn't had time to reply to everyone after Derek's "tough old week"."They've been unbelievably nice, and it's been a bit of a tough old week for Derek so I haven't got back to anybody," she explained.
