dailystar.co.ukKate Beckinsale has showed off her incredible flexibility in a morning stretch, while her dog stood by her side. The Hollywood A-lister had previously wowed her fans when she did a stretching session with personal trainer Brad Siskind.
She easily positioned her legs up next to her head as Brad pressed on it. In a video she posted on Instagram earlier today, the 46-year-old actress, who wore a sports bra and grey shorts, held onto a bar stool and bent forward as she lifted up her right leg and swung it backwards until it reached the head level.
She then went to a ballet arabesque-style stretch, which saw her lift her leg up on the chair and bend it to her right. Her Pomeranian Myf watched on as she showed off her moves.
