While Kanye has yet to publicly comment, a source close to him told People magazine he was "resigned to reality." "He knew it was coming, but that doesn't make it any easier," the source reportedly said. "This is a somber day for him." The source claimed the pair's split is "as amicable as possible", but "amicable doesn't mean joyful or ideal", adding "It just means that they're being adults about the whole thing".
