The divorce documents, which were filed on behalf of Kim on February 22, cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the celebrity couple's split.
Their date of separation, however, remains TBD in the eyes of the court. The separation date can become a point of contention when dividing up assets, but Kim and Kanye have a prenuptial agreement in place that should govern the issue.
