dailystar.co.ukKanye West is one step closer to becoming President of the United States as paperwork filed with the Federal Elections Commission (FEC).It's believed that a representative for Kanye filed the first form that is required by the FEC, Form 1, the State of Organisation stating that the Kanye 2020 committee will run as the "Principal Campaign Committee" with Kanye as the main candidate.Kanye's party has been named as the BDY Party, which last week he claimed stood for Birthday Party as "when we win, it's everybody's birthday."Despite filing the first piece of paperwork, the Yeezus rapper is yet to submit Form 2, Statement of Candidacy which shows that he has spent more than $5,000 (£3,971) on campaign activity which then starts the candidacy.
