The cold open features a skit about Kamala Harris and Donald Trump campaigning in battleground state Pennsylvania. James Austin Johnson once again plays the former President, while Bowen Yang plays JD Vance.
On Kamala’s side of things, Maya Rudolph once again takes up the mantle of the VP, while Jim Gaffigan plays Tim Walz, Andy Samberg plays Doug Emhoff, and Dana Carvey plays Joe Biden.
In the sketch, Kamala (played by Maya) sits down in front of a mirror and reflects on the campaign: The camera then cuts to a view of Maya’s reflection in the mirror — and it’s the REAL Kamala!!!
