Juventus will look to arrest the slump by improving their squad once the transfer window opens and, according to CalcioMercato, are keen on Bernardo.
It's reported that the Old Lady have already contacted City to find out the Blues' intentions with the 27-year-old, as they look to move on midfielders such as Aaron Ramsey and Weston McKennie.
The report states that Juventus would try and secure Bernardo on loan in January, either until the end of the season or with an option
