Variety reports that Bieber‘s tour was experiencing “slow ticket sales,” especially after tickets went on sale just days before the Coronavirus outbreak happened in the United States.
Sources believe that the ticket sales won’t pick up for these ten markets, so Bieber‘s team made the “hard decision” to switch to the smaller venues.
