Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Liverpool have a new hierarchy of captains after the squad held a vote to decide on fresh members.
The Reds operate with a system of 'internal leaders' underneath skipper Jordan Henderson.Last season, that group was made up of four members; Henderson, vice skipper James Milner plus Virgil van Dijk and Gini Wijnaldum.
With Wijnaldum having departed to join Paris Saint-Germain, Klopp has decided to expand the group to half a dozen in the first-team.
