Josie Gibson has cryptically shared that "life is a journey" amid rumours of a romance with fellow ITV star Stephen Mulhern. The This Morning star, 39, hasn't said anything publicly about the swirling stories but shared an inspirational video to her Instagram Story, writing "life is a journey not a destination" across the reel.

In the full video, a man said: "The destination is not as in important as the journey. We tend to have our eye on the destination. "It's more important for you to be aware of the journey that you're on, which means that you should be aware of what's going on right now." Josie's cryptic post comes after she and Stephen were snapped holding hands as they spent time together this week.

Since the romance rumours began to spread, body language expert Darren Stanton has speculated that the pair are "more than platonic." He explained: "Friends do hold hands from time to time, but looking at how interlocked their hands are makes me believe it could be more than a platonic relationship.

It tells us Josie and Stephen trust each other a lot and they have a strong rapport with each other.Their growing connection will only develop more." The pair set tongues wagging after they were seen getting close outside a London television studio, as they filmed for the last-ever episode of Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway. The pair were both part of the Geordie duo's emotional last episode of their hit primetime show, which aired for the final time at the weekend - joined by the likes of Simon Cowell, Davina McCall, Rylan Clarke, Dermot O’Leary, and Girls Aloud who all went on to enjoy a fun-filled afterparty following the final episode.
