The mum-of-one, 39, returned to front the ITV daytime show alongside Craig Doyle on Monday (May 6) to cover for new hosting duo Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley whilst they took a break on the bank holiday.
During the show, Josie and Craig were joined by presenter Ashley James and Gyles Brandreth were they spoke about hateful online comments.
Josie then revealed that, after winning the eleventh series of Big Brother back in 2010, she was flooded with comments bashing her weight.
