President Joe Biden has responded to the apparent shooting that occurred at a Donald Trump rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday (July 13).

While speaking in Butler, Pennsylvania, popping sounds that have been identified as gunfire erupted in the venue. The 78-year-old former president was rushed away by his security detail but appeared to sustain an injury.

The incident is being investigated as an assassination attempt. Donald is said to be alright and did not sustain “life-threatening injuries.” The alleged shooter and at least one other person were reported to have died. President Biden issued a formal statement.
