Jet2 has warned passengers travelling to Manchester Airport this summer to “allow enough time” to make their flight. The warning is due to road works between Junction 4 and Junction 7 on the M56.
Resurfacing works are being carried out by National Highways on both sides of the M56 between the two junctions, starting on Monday June 10.
The works should be completed by August 20204. Jet2 advises passengers to check with National Highways for updates and follow diversions.
