Jesy Nelson would starve herself for days and search for negative comments online

Jesy Nelson’s shock departure from Little Mix wasn’t actually all that surprising to the group’s die-hard fans. Even before her announcement this week there were rumblings online that the 29-year-old did not look happy as she took part in their TV talent show, Little Mix: The Search.

Now Jesy has lifted the lid on her battle with depression which at one point saw her starve herself ‘for four days’ as a result of vicious online taunts.

Speaking to Glamour Jesy revealed that she found the comments about her face the hardest to take. ‘I got used to people calling me fat because I was like whatever I’ve seen it so much.
