ABC News has tapped Jeannie Kedas to lead its communications and publicity efforts. Kedas joins from First Look Media, where she served as chief communications officer and executive vice president for seven years.
As senior VP of publicity and communications at ABC News, she will oversee all external and internal communications and media relations, and will be part of ABC News President Kim Godwin‘s leadership team.
She will report to Naomi Bulochnikov-Paul, executive vice president, publicity and head of communications, Disney Entertainment Television.
Kedas also will collaborate with leaders across The Walt Disney Co. on ABC News matters and its on-air talent. In a statement, Godwin said that Kedas will “work closely with Van Scott,” who has been vice president of communications at ABC News since 2021.
