Janet Street Porter has thrown her support behind Shamima Begum's fight to return to the UK and appeal being stripped of her citizenship.
Judges at the Supreme Court are currently deliberating on how to handle the case involving the 21-year-old former ISIS bride after she travelled to Syria as a schoolgirl in 2015.
Shamima lived under IS rule for more than three years before she was found in a Syrian refugee camp nine months pregnant in February last year.
Then-home secretary Sajid Javid revoked her British citizenship on national security grounds later that same month. A hearing at the Supreme Court will today rule on whether Shamima can return to the UK to appeal the decision.
