Pep Guardiola's men had to win every match left this season to even stand the slimmest of chances to win the league. Liverpool could have won the title in their next match - subsequently at the Etihad when they face City.But instead, they have been gifted the title by Chelsea - their first in 30 years.The celebrations have already started in Liverpool, while Sky Sports' Carragher was quick on social media.The Anfield legend hastily tweeted a picture of his pundit pal Neville holding a bottle of champagne mocked.
