Jamie Carragher has questioned Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool line-up ahead of their clash with rivals Manchester City. The German has opted to start with four forwards in the form of Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.
Jota's hat-trick in midweek saw calls for him to replace Firmino in what is usually a front three. But he has chosen to start them both which leaves just a two-man midfield of Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum.
Carragher though is surprised that Klopp has reverted away from a proven formation for such a massive game. “Yes I am, slightly (surprised)," he said on Sky Sports.
