Jake Paul will return to the boxing ring sooner than anticipated, with his next fight pencilled in for August 6.The YouTuber-turned-boxer, 25, had previously announced that he would make his ring return on August 13.
But in a Twitter post on Friday night, the unbeaten star moved his return forward by a week.Despite confirmation of a return date, his next opponent remains unknown.
Paul made his professional boxing debut two years ago and has gone on to win all five of his bouts to date. He began life in the ring with a stoppage win over fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib before knocking out former NBA star Nate Robinson in his second fight.Then it was the turn of Ben Askren, who Paul stopped in the first round.
Paul faced his biggest challenge to date in August last year when former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley took him the distance.
