Tommy Fury could finally be getting the fight he's waited a year for with talks between his camps and Jake Paul 's underway for a blockbuster summer bout between the two rivals.
The Metro have reported that the two camps are indeed in negotiations for a fight on August 6, but John Fury has stated that the fight is not yet agreed and there's still work to be done.
It comes after the American YouTuber announced that he'll return to the ring on August 6, fighting on the same card as Amanda Serrano, who was defeated in a close bout to Katie Taylor in April. Instead, Paul's former opponent Woodley stepped up to replace Fury and Paul landed a knockout shot on the former UFC champion.
