Cameras were rolling while the hunky former TOWIE star, 29, lifted his daughters Ella and Mia up like weights leaving his wife giggling.
Jac gushed over her hubby "training" with the girls as she compared their daughters to "weights". She said: "How daddy trains nowdays... [the girls are his] weights." It appeared the Jossa-Obsorne household was at complete ease following the cheating admission on Friday night.
