Jacqueline Jossa, 28, has shared with her fans that she decided to block a trolling website after she realised that her mental health was suffering and scrolling through the comments became like "self harm".The ex-EastEnders star opened up on her Instagram stories about the vile abuse she, husband Dan Osborne and their two children have been experiencing online.
Explaining her "mental health" had been struggling and she’d been "unwell", Jacqueline told her 3.2million followers she’d finally summoned the courage to block the website so she couldn’t give in and continue to read the awful comments.
Sharing her feelings with fans, Jac began: "For me and for my brain and for my health, I'm just going to block the website on my phone.
