The reality star posted a smiling snap of himself on Instagram following his revelation that he was "selfish" in his relationship with the actress.
He captioned the picture: "Things change, friends leave but life don’t stop for nobody ✌️". Jack won Love Island with Dani in 2018, but the pair split the following year.
He told podcast, The Steven Sulley Study: "There's a lot of things I regret with Dani. "She's beautiful, she was lovely." Jack added: "So, if I could turn back the hands of time I'd be less selfish and start taking other people's feelings into consideration.
