Rosie took to Instagram to post a heartwarming picture of the newborn, gripping her finger. The elated grandmother and ITV daytime presenter Lorraine couldn't wait to share the news, re-posting the image on her own account.
And she was brimming with happiness at becoming a grandmother for the first time on August 29, reports Birmingham Live. Lorraine said: "I have been BURSTING to share this wonderful news with you!" She went on to reveal her granddaughter's name - Billie Kelly Smith-White - and continued: "Baby Billie is an angel and I'm so proud of [Rosie] and [Steve] who will be the best parents.
