I'm A Celebrity's Dean McCullough ended up with a bloody injury as he bowed out of yet another Bushtucker trial. The radio host got off to a strong start in his third consecutive trial, following his earlier efforts that earned just two stars across two challenges.

However, he panicked once again, shouting, " I'm a celebrity, get me out of here," when fish guts were poured over his head.

After his quick exit, fans observed what appeared to be "blood" on his face. While he shared the disappointing news that he had only secured four stars, viewers at home thought they spotted blood on his lip, reports the Mirror.
