Emmerdale viewers are certain they've pieced together the mystery surrounding Peter (portrayed by David Michaels) and his covert scheme to take down Kim Tate (played by Claire King).

In the episode aired on Friday (13 December), viewers saw Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) become incensed when Peter arrived unexpectedly at Home Farm. "I let myself in, the kitchen door was open," he announced nonchalantly to Will.

Will's confusion over why Peter didn't give him a ring was met with a flippant response telling him to "calm down" because everything was "under control." Peter disclosed, "I'm here with a message from the boss", which prompted Will to retort, "Oh the mysterious boss in his own time zone.

I'm starting to run out of patience with the both of you.", reports Leeds Live. The plot thickened as Peter unveiled, "He's had another idea, to make Christmas even more of a day to remember, and truth me, you're really going to love this one." As regulars of the ITV drama appreciate, Kim reignited the flames of her relationship with Will after acknowledging her enduring feelings for him despite their rocky past.
