Actor Ned Porteous returned to the ITV soap last December, and his character Joe Tate has already stirred up some drama for those living in the Dales.
Upon his return, viewers watched as he was revealed to be the mastermind behind Will's revenge plan for Kim. After Will unexpectedly suffered from a heart attack and died on Christmas Day, Joe has been working to get closer to Kim Tate for reasons that are currently unknown.
In recent episodes, however, fans have tried to figure out what could be wrong with Joe as on numerous occasions he's been seen struggling to breathe and clutching his stomach in pain.
