Paul starts to put his plans to end his life in place and asks Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) to help him when the time comes.Todd refuses, but takes Paul to the surgery in order to get morphine, however Dr Gaddas (Christine Mackie) refuses to prescribe it.
Later on, Todd’s surprised when Abi Webster (Sally Carman-Duttine) arrives, but all becomes clear when Paul asks Abi to score him some drugs.
After talking with Paul, Abi is left with a lot to think about and goes back to work. When Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) praises Abi and how she always does right by others, she rushes off.
