Coronation Street star Alan Halsall has sent a sweet message about 'family' but sparked a bit of confusion when documenting a reunion with his co-star.
The actor took to social media as he got back into the swing of work following the Christmas and New Year break. And Alan, who is famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap, wasn't alone as he was back alongside on-screen wife Jennie McAlpine.
It confirms the actress' return to the cobbles after she took maternity leave to welcome her third child into the world. Doris was born just before midnight on April 4 at Manchester’s Wythenshawe Hospital, weighing 7lbs 11oz. She is a little sister for Jennie and Chris' two older children, Albert, eight, and four-year-old Hilda.
