The model, who has over 1.2 million followers on her Instagram page where she posts X-rated pictures of herself in lingerie, said: "I have always admired a curvy body.
And I was very flat, at first." She added that despite her mum not wanting her to have the procedure, she went ahead with it anyway.
But things did not go according to plan. Shilpa explained: "I chose my doctor based on what I later discovered to be fake reviews.
