In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

However, Stacey being Stacey she put a lot of effort into making her son's special day a memorable one too.The Loose Women star put on a celebration at her stunning Essex home alongside partner Joe Swash, son Zachary, 12 and 11-month-old Rex.The star started by surprising her son with a corner of the house all decorated in honour of his birthday.
With blue, purple and green balloons adorning the wall in an arch shape, and many free to play with in the living room, Leighton was given cards and presents from family members.
