Inside Mike Tyson’s 52-room mansion with its own nightclub that he sold to 50 Cent

Mike Tyson owned a 52-room mansion which boasted its own nightclub – but the boxer was forced to sell it to rapper 50 Cent after going bankrupt.

The American became the youngest heavyweight at 20 years old in 1986 before hitting a 50-6 record for his 20-year career. It saw Iron Mike splash the cash from his victories, including a £55,000 white Bengal tiger.

But one of his biggest assets was his mega-mansion in Conneticut, which he had to sell off after racking up debts of £17m and filed for bankruptcy in 2003.

And a look round the 50,000-square-foot property shows how much Tyson gave up. A wrought-iron gate leads up to the massive house with a drive that has a lion statue guarding it.
