The inflation rate in the UK has risen to 5.1 per cent. The rate in November, as measured by the Consumer Prices Index, increased from 4.2 per cent in October, the Office for National Statistics has said.
Now at 5.1 per cent, it has reached its highest its in a decade. Experts say increased prices have contributed to the steep rise, particularly a big increase in fuel prices.
