People who see their families over Christmas may have to self-isolate for two weeks to stop coronavirus spreading, according to a new Sage report.
Brits who spend the festive season with relatives from different households might have to quarantine in late December and January, says the new report by the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage.
The reports says: “After a period of high exposure to multiple contacts of different networks - eg a social gathering - the risk of spreading infection to other people can be reduced by avoiding contact as far as possible for two weeks."
